Spanish international Joselu has returned to former club Real Madrid on loan from Espanyol.
The loan deal for Joselu was announced on the Real Madrid website.
The 33-year-old forward will be unveiled on Tuesday, June 20 at Real Madrid city where he will address the media.
Joselu played for the Los Blancos B team between 2009 and 2012 before departing for Hoffenheim.
“Real Madrid and Espanyol have reached an agreement for the loan of the player Joselu, who will play for the club for the next season, with an option to buy at the end of the season.”
Joselu scored 16 goals and two assists in 34 matches in Laliga during the 2022/23 season.
He also won the just concluded UEFA Nations League with Spain.
Real Madrid finished second in Laliga with 78 points from 38 matches.
