For the past few years, EbonyLife has released a star-studded blockbuster every Christmas, from Fifty to The Wedding Party. Last year, they continued the tradition with Chief Daddy, which in usual fashion broke records and was undoubtedly one of the biggest films of 2018.

Well, we have some good news for those who didn’t manage to catch it in cinemas, as it will be available to watch on Netflix this month!

In EbonyLife’s seven years of existence, the media powerhouse has strived to break Nigeria into the international market — releasing The Wedding PartyFifty and now Chief Daddy on Netflix, while also partnering with Sony to produce some exciting upcoming films and TV shows.

Chief Daddy tells the story of billionaire industrialist, Chief Beecroft, a flamboyant benefactor to a large extended family of relatives, household staff and assorted mistresses. His sudden death shocks everyone, and brings out some secrets that had been long hidden.

With the star-studded cast, including almost every single Nollywood fave, Chief Daddy is definitely not one to miss, and we’re very excited that it will be available on demand from March 15! If you missed it in cinemas, make sure you watch it once it drops on the streaming platform.
