The official Olympics Twitter account, took to the social networking site and uploaded the video of a penalty kick taken during a football match between Tunisia and Serbia iat the soccer event of the Olympics in Athens, Greece in 2004.
The penalty kick which was termed as "The longest penalty taken ever", shows the moments a match referee kept telling the players to retake the penalty kick. The penalty was taken six times for several reasons for which it was not properly taken according to the rules guiding penalty kicks in football.
The first three were disqualified because the attacking players were in the box before the kick was taken, while the 4th and 5th were disqualified because fthe goal keeper was off his line.
Tunisia finally won this match 3-2 agains Serbia.
