Nigeria begin their 2018 FIFA World Cup campaign against Croatia this weekend

– The Super Eagles will be playing their opening Group D game at the Kaliningrad Stadium

– Meanwhile, the region’s minister Andrei Ermak has informed Nigerian fans not to bring live chicken into the stadium

Nigerian football fans have been informed that they will not be allowed to bring live chickens to match venues when the Super Eagles play.

The three-time African champions open their Group D opening campaign on Saturday, June 16, against European giants Croatia at the Kaliningrad Stadium.

According to Russian news outfit,, Kaliningrad region’s Minister of Culture and Tourism Andrei Ermak told reporters.
