Martinelli Flaunts Inspiration As ‘A Gunner’ After Scoring Against Palace

Brazil forward Gabriel Martinelli has expressed his motivation to fight harder for Arsenal after scoring in the Gunners’ 4-1 win over Crystal Palace in the Premier League at Emirates Stadium on Sunday.

Martinelli opened the scoring for the hosts in the 28th minute. Bukayo Saka scored the second in the 43rd minute while Granit Xhaka scored the third goal in the 55th minute.

Jeffrey Schlupp pulled one back for Palace in the 63rd minute and Saka scored another goal to make it 4-1 eleven minutes later.

Martinelli took to his Twitter and Instagram pages to jubilate and express his motivation to keep working hard for Arsenal.

“I’ll never get tired of playing for this badge @Arsenal,” reads Martinelli’s Tweet and Instagram post on Sunday.

Martinelli has netted 13 goals and made two assists in 28 Premier League games for Arsenal so far this term.

Arsenal currently top the Premier League standings after amassing 69 points from 28 matches.

Up next for the Gunners is a Premier League encounter with Leeds United on Saturday, April 1 at the Emirates.
