Clerics preach but Nigerians don’t listen – APC senator faults Osinbajo over anti-corruption sermons

– He notes that while many clerics preach against corruption, Nigerians do not comply with the sermons

– The senator reacted in a tweet to Professor Osinbajo’s charge to gospel preachers to join the anti-corruption crusade with their sermons

Senator Shehu Sani, representing Kaduna Central, has faulted Acting President Yemi Osinbajo’s claim that clerics are not preaching against corruption enough in religious houses.

The outspoken federal lawmaker tweeted on Sunday, August 12 to counter Professor Osinbajo’s accusations against clerics.

According to him, clerics do preach against sermons but Nigerians do not follow the teachings.
