– President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki is meeting his deputy, Ike Ekweremadu and other southeast caucus over IPOB

Nigerian army had on Friday, September, 15 declared IPOB as a terrorist group

– But, Saraki had described the declaration as unconstitutional

President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, is currently meeting with members of the southeast caucus.

Punch reports that the meeting, which is holding at the residence of the Deputy President of the Senate, Ike Ekweremadu, in Abuja is on the Independent Peoples of Biafra and military campaign in the South-East, codenamed Operation Python Dance.

Meanwhile, had previously reported that Senate president Bukola Saraki announced that the declaration of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) as a terrorist group by the Nigerian army is unconstitutional.
