KOROKORO

KOROKORO
250g/8oz coarse corn meal flour
50/2oz sugar
hot water to mix
oil to fry

Mix flour and sugar with sufficient hot water to a soft but stiff dough. leave to rest for 15minutes. Divide into eight pieces and roll each piece into a long pencil slim sticks. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain and serve cold.
