In A Rush

My heart beats the universe
deaf in a no-time pace,
made my brain think in a time-waits –none tick,
my mind combusts like a rocket
engine journeying to Venus,now-or-never;
getting things done first,then others.
Fraction of time to plan,
implementation time,nanosecond
next item sets-in in a flash
like next moment is death’s debt;
too in a haste for embellishment,
cutting every long route short.
Didn’t realize that the earth ‘s vexed
quaking towards me;
water levels rising,and,I, a tsunami prey,
the world,a hurricane catrina,closing in on me.
Like the inside of a blazing sun,
I felt temperatures,diamond melting
in my soul’s core
but, on my scale,an ice easing the world to paradise.
And when I thought my cross has been carried
and hands clasping on the crown
Sudden,I crashed;
the foundation was faulty
and the top structure,so defective.
Now, all my effort is wasted
and I have to start all over;
when my head was raised,I saw the fellow
often giving situations their needs,
always taking time to plan –
weighing alternatives,and consulting – before acting,
whom,to me was snail-acting,very slow
far ahead,being crowned.
