Salah, Guardiola Win Premier League Player, Manager Of Month Award For November

By James Agberebi: Egypt and Liverpool forward, Mohamed Salah, has been voted EA Sports Premier League Player of the Month for November.

This was confirmed by the Premier League on their official website on Friday.

Salah had a remarkable November period for Liverpool as he netted seven goals in four matches for the Reds.

Only recently, Salah was named 2017 BBC African Player of the Year.

For the Manager of the Month for November, the award went to Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola.

Guardiola becomes the second coach in as many seasons to win three Barclays Manager of the Month awards in a row.

He matches the feat set by Antonio Conte last season when he won three monthly awards in succession on the way to guiding Chelsea to the 2016/17 Premier League title.

Guardiola adds to his September and October accolades after guiding Manchester City to four wins from as many matches in November, as the Citizens closed in on what is now a record 15 consecutive PL victories, which they clinched at Swansea City on Wednesday.

The Premier League Player and Manager of the Month winners was selected by a combination of votes from a panel of experts and the public.
