Oputu declares for Warri North House of Assembly seat

ASABA — A member of Delta State Security Water and Land, DSSWL, Mr. Aroni Oputu, has declared his intention to run for the state House of Assembly seat for the Warri North Constituency.

Oputu, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, said his focus would be to ensure youth empowerment, equal representation and massive development in the rural communities across the constituency if elected.

Interacting with newsmen, after his consultation visit to some of the party leaders and leaders of thought of both ljaw and Itsekiri in Warri North Local Government Area of the state, he promised “to make the difference as an embodiment of peace between the Ijaws and the Itsekiris in the Warri North.”
