Absolutely not. To increase supply and bring more cars on the road, we lowered the minimum age requirement of uberX to 2006. Uber is a global platform and in a number of countries around the world, we accept vehicles as old as 1995, whilst you can certainly add vehicles this old on the platform, they will not pass the mandatory Vehicle Inspectionand will not be able to drive on the platform in Nigeria.
