Anthony Joshua’s promoter recently revealed that the boxer will choose between Tyson Fury, Dillian Whyte and Jarrell Miller for his next fight. With nothing encouraging coming from Fury and Whyte’s camps, the only option open for Joshua right now is Miller.
According to Fight Sports, Joshua’s team is focusing on getting the unified heavyweight champion a fight with the American, and they’re making moves to strike a deal that ensures it happens sometime in June.
Of course, Miller is the least eligible boxer to take on Joshua at this moment, but Fury is focused on getting a rematch with Deontay Wilder, while talks with Whyte are going south. Since Joshua is all dressed up and ready to fight, Miller is the only boxer to fall back on.
If negotiations work out between the two teams, the fight will take place at Madison Square Garden in New York, and it would be Joshua’s first fight outside the UK.
