Last June, Humblesmith released his star-studded album Osinachi, which featured Tiwa Savage, Davido, Olamide and more.
Since it’s release, he’s been doling out videos to direct our attention back to the project, with a video for the Tiwa-assisted “Attracta” and now with Rudeboy for the video to their track, “Report My Case”.
On “Report My Case” Humblesmith floats between English and Igbo to profess his story, asking that others do the same because the multitudes must hear of how God’s blessings changed his life.
The Clarence Peters-directed video depicts Humblesmith spreading the good news from a balcony down to a congregation of local listeners. He then makes his way outside, to be joined by tribal dancers, as he celebrates the blessings bestowed upon his life.
For Rudeboy’s verse, the pair, not so humbly, pull up to their local church in a convoy of expensive white cars. Humblesmith gets out of a Range Rover, while Rudeboy exits a white Mercedes, before they enter the church to praise the Lord.
It’s no wonder Humblesmith wraps up the song by saying he can’t complain about life as it’s clear that he is really living it to its fullest!
