Breaking News: Barcelona Striker, Neymar Could Be On His Way To Prison Neymar

- Barcelona star Neymar has been accused of corruption

- The Brazilian was accused by Delcia Sonda's group

- He could go to 5 years in jail if found guilty by the Spanish High Court

Delcia Sonda's group who are the former owner of 40 percent of Neymar's right have said they will be taking the Barcelona star to the law court of law for fraud accusation.

Per Santi Gimenez of Sonda's group accused the Brazilian star of betraying him and believes anyone that is supporting Neymar is embracing corruption.

Chelsea star Eden Hazard Gimenez will not only take Neymar to court, but as well as club president Josep Maria Bartomeu and predecessor Sandro Rosell will all appear in the Spanish High Court. ''I never thought I'd sue the boy I loved so much, but Nemar, his father and mother have betrayed me and they have committed a crime with the help of Barcelona. ''Supporting Neymar is supporting corruption, and he is a terrible example to children who wears his shirt,'' he explained.

The DIS group bought Neymar's rights in 2009 and were entitled to 40 per cent of his transfer from Santos to Barcelona, and they believe Neymar and the club conspired to falsify the fee involved.

Arsenal striker Alexis Sanchez But Barcelona said they signed the star for €17.1 million, a significantly lower fee than his €65 million release clause from Santos. DIS are aiming to prove Neymar's father was bribed with €40 million by Rosell to prevent the player from holding talks with other clubs. They are more interested in harsh punishments on those involved—a five-year prison sentence for Neymar, including a ban on playing for EU clubs.

Meanwhile, onlinenigeria.com understands that an appeal from Neymar has been turned down and the trial will commence in the Spanish High Court.
