A plane with an elderly pilot in it, has been caught on camera crashing into a tree and into a park in broad daylight.
A video has shown the moment a plane crashed into a tree.
However, an elderly pilot who crashed the plane into a tree in a car park walked away unhurt.
Acccording to The Sun UK, Manfred Forst, 79, was taken to hospital with minor injuries, cops from the town of Plainville in the US state of Connecticut said.
The jaw-dropping crash was captured on CCTV near the Roberston Field Airport yesterday morning.
Police discovered a 1981 Cessna 172 had crashed behind a local firm Carling Switch, next to the airport at 11:24am.
A car is entering the car park just moments before the plane crashed to the ground.
Forst, who is originally from Germany, told NBC Connecticut: "I was very fortunate I got out of it without any real injuries
"I'm just so thankful."
Forst said he gave his wife a big kiss as soon as he got home after leaving the hospital.
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the crash.
