President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday, October 23, debunked the allegation that his government is full of lies and propaganda.

President Buhari said achievements recorded by his regime since it came into power since May 19, 2015 are there for all to see.

Punch reports that the president made this known at the ongoing Nigeria governors’ forum Media conference holding in Abuja.

President Buhari, who was represented by Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the minister of information and culture, said it was sad that fake news were being promoted by some Nigerians.

Meanwhile, NAIJ.com had reported that Goodluck Jonathan, the former president said Nigerians had lost trust in President Buhari.

Jonathan accused the federal government of peddling falsehood over claims that Nigerians did not protest the hike in fuel price by the Buhari government because they trusted the government.
