Nollywood actress, Ejine Okoroafor has denied ever granting an interview to Punch Newspaper after an article on her speaking about her body went viral.
The actress, who found her way to the make-believe world after participating in Sola Fajobi owned Next Movie Star, put up a disclaimer on Sunday night, March 19, 2017 many hours after the article was published.
The Enemy In The Village actress stressed that she hasn't had any interview in several months neither has she met the writer of the story.
She wrote: "My attention has been drawn to an article in the Punch Newspaper published on March 19, 2017. I would like to categorically state here for the record and avoidance of doubt that I, EJINE OKOROAFOR, did not at any point nor via any medium grant the writer, TAIWO OJUOYE an interview.

"Also false, are the purported quotes attributed to my person in the article which I do not find amusing, interactive, educative or inspiring to budding actresses and individuals who look up to my achievements in the industry.
"I have received interview requests these past months but I have yet to honour any due to a tight work schedule. Going by the pedigree of the PUNCH Newspaper and their professional mien, I am disheartened that they would publish an article in such manner.
"I'm also using this opportunity to call on several blogs including but not limited to @famousblogng @datswasup to desist from copying & pasting this article hence promoting a concocted impression. I apologise to my fans for any misguidance," she wrote.
