LEKKI SUN SPLASH
Usually organised at Maiyegun Beach on Lekki Peninsula in Lagos on December 25 and 26, the Lekki show exhibits great Nigerian musicians.The music festival of Fuji, Juju, disco, gospel, reggae and highlife music draws about 100,000people annually.

IGUE
lgue festival is celebrated by the Benis of Benin,Edo State. It is a seven-day long dance presentation usually for peace and progress.Sacrifices and offerings are made to the Oba (king) ancestors on full regalia for a mock battle.

WAR DANCE
Often decorated with chalk, the brave clothed in lion skin, carry bamboo baskets with three skulls. These 'warriors' dance to the rhythmic beat of the Ekpirikpe drummer and the famous war songs. The war dance is a festival celebrated by the lgbo people of Ohafia, Abiriba, Abarn and lgberre in Abia State.
