EJE ALEKWU
The Eje Alekwu is a ritual festival with a large turnout of masquerades. it is celebrated by Idoma People of Benue Stae in Oturkpo

ECHOKO EKU
Celebrated in the second week of september in Eku, Delta state, by theUrhobo people, the festival is ritualistic. It is in honour of Echoki, their ancestral god which protects them from enemies. A cow is usually sacrificed while the chief priest cuts through the neck of the cow with a single stroke of a magical knife.

Celebrated in the Igbo-speaking towns of Delta State . Some of the towns are Ubulu -Uku, Isele Uku and Ogwashi-Uku. Ine festival serves a strong social function by satirizing societal ills and bringing about sanity . it involues dancing , Singing and merry making.
