HOW IT WORKS
First, you log on to www.buzznetz.com. Fill out the online registration form and create a wish list of the movies you want to watch from over five thousand DVD collections ranging from new DVD releases, television series, classics, documentaries, thrillers, etc. Immediately you register on the site, you get a two weekend free trial after which you can decide if you want to be a subscription member.
To subscribe, you pay a subscription fee starting from three thousand naira and get a minimum of ten DVDs delivered free of charge to your home or office every month. The movies to be delivered will be selected from a wish list created by you on the website.
You also enjoy free pickup of our DVDS when you are through watching them and you can keep our DVDs for as long as you want as you pay no late fees for the DVDs you collect
Services Offered
Buzznetz post-paid subscription was the first set of services offered by the company. The plan allows customers to choose out of a variety of packages that will determine the number of products they will have access to and the number of times such access will be granted. The company’s most popular package under this plan is the 2 DVD package that gives customers 2 DVDs at every delivery with the customer enjoying ten free deliveries every month. This package cost five thousand naira.
Individual Rental (pay-as -you- go) gives buzznetz customers the flexibility of using the company’s products without having to subscribe to a particular package.
Series and Season Rentals are operated by buzznetz under two categories
a. Normal series rentals allow a post paid customer queue up episodes of a particular series in his wish list to ensure uninterrupted delivery. As the customer receives the next delivery, the delivery personnel collect the preceding DVDs from the customer.
b. Special series rentals allow a post paid customer to rent entire series of television shows in a single delivery; the customer cannot break up or modify the package. The special series rentals will be counted as one delivery on the customer’s delivery slot and will attract a special premium above the subscription fees. The premium fees will attract a flat rate of two thousand naira and can only be kept for as long as the customer subscription to Buzznetz is still valid.
