			Hajia Aisha Ismail is the Minister of Women Affairs. Right from inception, she has held sway as Minister for Women affairs and youth development. The former Kano State commissioner represents a beacon bearer for northern women in the people's assessment of what office in the national governance should go to women. She has being campaigning against premature marriages of northern girls which often leads to the dreaded VVF and the need for the mass literacy and for women to be empowered enough to influence their children and ward to embrace formal education.
